  4. The following list is the letter designation for frequencies used in theShure Wireless System.  These letters show up as suffixes to the model numberof both transmitters and receivers.  Also noted are the TV channel groups andcompatible frequency groups for multi⌐channel wireless systems.

The above information is provided to help you select wireless microphonechannels that will work in your location.  While it is not a list of everypossible combination available, it is certainly a good start.  There areprograms available to determine which frequencies are compatable in whichareas, based on the active TV channels in that location.

If you have a set of frequencies that you would like to check, please call(312) 866⌐2200 and ask for Tim Vear.  He will be glad to check them for you. When you call, please have the channel number of all active VHF stations inyour area (i.e. Channels 7 ⌐ 13); you will also need the frequency of thewireless microphones you want to use.  If you don't know which frequency touse, the program will tell you what frequencies can be used in your area.
